My SO heard so many complaints by former tennants that she hired the same cleaning company to finish her clean out, then had a friend who worked for a law firm (she intro'd herself as working for blah and blah but didn't actually say she was an attorney) video the inspection where they wanted to charge $50 because there was dust on top of the refer and on top of the TP holder thing in the bathroom.
