postcard returned by the USPS. IF some drone in india can't click on the links to see the tracking they will automatically find for the complainant. period.
don't know if that still goes, but it was a serious problem a couple years ago. paypal doesn't give a F#$&
so you pretty much have to use fedex or UPS
