the now-ex wife of one of my brothers tried to convert me to her beliefs for a long time, until I finally had enough and had a very frank discussion with her (and promised to believe if a certain something happened). she was good-hearted and didn't want me not going to heaven, so I suppressed my initial desires to lay into her.
