rejected order on the rejected order report. So I said, oh let me get the order number (which is at my desk all of 10 feet away) and she says (and I quote because how could I make this up):

"Well I have my milk and I don't want it to get warm."

What are you walking through a personal microwave or something that superheats fluids? We're talking about 3 seconds here.

I don't get people.
