oh, there you are. I'm all well-y about finding my grandma's naturalization petition. thanks, kilbo! (ramble ahead.)

I did some geneaology with my mom for her side of the family when I was a kid - that was easier, as they'd been in the U.S. a long time; but dad's side was harder and for sad reasons - eastern european jews, with he and his brother being first gen. americans - and dad was born in 1915 (he married my mom when he was 40 - and she was 19, and I came along much much later. ;p); so historic paperwork is a spotty thing.

my eldest sister took some paperwork from the grandparents when the house we grew up in was sold after my dad died, but who knows where/if it is anymore. (she has hoarding issues. oy.)

anyway! this tool is good! I'd thought about paying in the past, but it didn't seem worth it.
