there are more products now than there used to be, it's trendy even.

for many years, I worked to eat mostly non-processed food; but that's been tougher since the accident, and especially since returning to work last year, since I just can't prep/cook as much with bad ankleage.

I've been a label-reader since kidlethood, and it's been even more impactful in the last few years for me that it was before just how many products have just so much "stuff" in them.

*pause*

don't get me started on red dye! heh.
