I think only those last two are possibilities.

I'm confident that he wouldn't beat out Campbell in Oakland. I'm not sure he would be better than third in Seattle, and his ties to the HC there is the main reason he could have gone there. As bad as TB is, they might have a QB better than Leinart. There and Buffalo are his best shots, but I'm not even sure he could win the job with the Bills.
I think there's the strong possibility that Leinart likes being a QB more than he likes playing football. A lot more.
