I think this season could possibly end with Don getting fired. Which would be a shock but with the way he's spiraling out, it wouldn't be out of reach. His one genuine connection with Dick Whitman has now died, it can only bring about more drinking and sorrow. If he does get fired, I could see Peggy going with him Jerry Maguire style and him finding a connection with... gulp... Duck!
