sigh, i hate stupid ike limited building slots.

i have a lvl 32 carpenter but no architect, so all my upgrades in this town cost like 50k lumber and 100k marble.

so what do I tear down to build the architect. the lvl 21 warehouse (i have a dump already) or the academy (this is my crystal town, but should I really worry about the 1mil pt researches right now).
