Only if it caused me to lose time from work/money.

Wife tripped on the sidewalk outside work when she was pregnant and went to the hospital to check the fetus (all was fine). She lost time off work and the insurance company wouldn't pay for the hospital visit until the gov't checked the workmen's comp criteria.
