It just tastes bland to me. I know ST likes roast beef a lot. Do you guys dress it up with horseradish or something?

pair it with provolone cheese (I know its basically bland but the combo is greater than its parts) pickled peppers are good also

Make sure it's rare/bloody. If it's been sitting in the deli for days or is the stub end pass on it.
