good freaking grief. I've been trying to help a coworker for whom this issue just presented who's about to head out on a trip tomorrow but has been stuck in meetings all day, and I think I deserve at least a medal (or maybe an iced coffee) for dealing with this for him. ;p

I'd also say no doctorates for them, but we do need smartypantses and doctors sometimes.
