the second Ragan told Rachel she is too emotional, he forgot he was the same way and fell into the shouting match with her. He is far brighter than her, and should have held himself in check knowing full well she would go crazy at the drop of a hat.

The look on Cathy's face when the shouting started was priceless. She knew it will not be a fun week.
