When he says that "God told him to do this", it just really boggles my mind. How exactly did that happen? If he really believes God told him to do

it, then why on earth would he allow himself to maybe get talked out of it. I'm not really joking about this. Does he really believe that God told him to do this, or does he just think that because he thought of it, it must be divinely inspired? And is this just his own made up sect of Christianity or is it part of a recognized sect? Shouldn't some leaders of his faith try to dissuade him? I honestly find this whole story fairly frustrating. This crazy guy with a miniscule following says something that is provocative and turns the whole world upside down. And with the entire chorus of America and its leaders begging him not to do it, the rest of the world is still going to view this as representing the American point of view. This idiot is like Chance the Gardner.
