OK friends, the strip club story (subtitle: Why It's Not Always Good To Tell People It's Your Birthday or You're Getting Married To Get Free Stuff)

My friends are visiting this kid Pat in Ft. Lauderdale or Ft. Myers or something. They find out that, despite Pat's seemingly questionable morals in many respects, he has never been to a strip club. So, they pledge to rectify this and take Pat to the nearest club. They are enjoying themselves, having drinks, what have you, and my friend finds as attractive a stripper as he can, gives her $20 ($20 lapdances, what a steal, must be b/c there are no topless bars in that county, anyway...), and buys a lapdance for Pat. He also leans in on the sly and with an extra $10 says, "He's getting married tomorrow, so give him a little extra." She leads Pat into the back. Friends continue to drink, and 10 minutes later, Pat comes out of the back, grabs my friend by the shirt.

"What did you tell her?"
"What, I didn't... I didn't tell her anything!"
"Bullshit, what did you... fuck it, we're leaving. NOW." and Pat walks out.

So what happened in that room. Well, the lapdance started all normal-like, but about 2 minutes in while grinding on Pat, she says out of the blue: "Do you love her?"

Pat, not having any clue what she is talking about, after a "what?" and she repeats herself, assumes she's asking about his girlfriend or whatever and says, "No, I mean, she's ok, but I don't love her or anything." And she starts lecturing him about how it is important to find someone you love, and not to make commitments just for the sake of it, all while giving him a good grind down. She then says "if you ever need to talk, you know, really talk, I work at the Burger King at the corner of 12th and Union, you come see me *any* time", and then smiles, revealing a grand total of 3 teeth. Which is when he got up and booked it the fuck out of that back room and, to my knowledge, has never gone to a strip club again.
