that shower looks like one of the one piece fiber glass things. If you get the house that's the first thing that needs to go.
God forbid you ever have a fire, the fumes from it burning will kill you before the alarms go off.
Spending the money on tile walls is worth it and be sure they put cement board up and not sheet rock.
