South of 401, yes. central, no. For instance,if i want a condo by the airport, i can do it for $150. If i want planes flying by me night and day. :)

also, there are great neighbourhoods and bad neighbourhoods. i could probably buy a house, in a gang ridden hood for under $200K, if i wanted too.
