and customer service number were all not working. They said they were having sporadic outages. And it's taken them how many days to reply? And they were going to do what for me? Nothing!
Then they have the big brass balls to provide a link to rate their customer satisfaction.
Nice.
I'm still trying to break up with them. I told them, but they still haven't acknowledged my break up letter.
