I don't think it's different for men or women in journalism vs., say, corporate america.
there's apparently no illusion of her wanting to be taken as a serious journalist, so she does not need to dress as professionally (and I think for most of us that does mean something with more coverage and less tight) as those that do.
that doesn't mean she's deserving of actual harrassment, but flirting and such should not be unexpected. (except, again, to the level that a team/org expects.)
