Speaking of losing customers after 17(?) years I am going to let my EW subscription lapse. 2 yrs ago they gave me a good deal when I called them

asking for something better than the typical offers they were sending me. I called this year and they did not do that even though they recognized me as a long-time loyal customer blah blah blah.

So the last mail offer they sent me had a 'Deal/No Deal' sticker that I could affix to a card and send back. I chose the No Deal sticker and sent it back since I didn't have to pay postage.

I still like the mag but I want a better deal.
