They said it would be here on a certain date, and it's here a day later. It's the third time it's happened for "release date" items for us, and it's just the principle at this point. And the fact that at this point it's just shrugged off with a "sorry." I'm mostly miffed at that. I don't think "I want $10" would make me happy, I would have rather they offered something to *make* me happy in the first place. "We f*cked up. Sorry 'bout that" is weak to me, coming from them.
