I was a bit lagged so I basically played like a tank, no finesse. I charge, kill some and die. Rinse and repeat.

It was easy for me to run up a score that way. I imagine that David and tru were trying to play the correct way, ie not dying so much.
One thing I think that really helped you pass everyone in scoring is that David and tru died relatively quickly on the plane flight section where you can build up some multiple kills with that door gun. We all ended up just watching you fly the rest of the way in :)
