It gets passed. IF it gets to a vote. They'll control committees and it'll take just one Teabagger to hold

legislation hostage for a pet cause to tie things up.
It may be that Teabaggers are more pragmatic than I give them credit for and things will run smoothly. Albeit, right off a fucking cliff, but it'll be a smooth ride.
