How walkable is that?

I see a subway line going up that way, but am not familiar with the Toronto subway. The yellow line seems to run under two completely streets downtown.
I have no idea if the show is available. Everything off sale at the moment for the 17th, until 7am. Not sure if they'll put it back on sale on-line or only in person (I am sorta last minute, I know)
