I don't know that for a fact. But if the whole movie hinges on his rap career, you'd think they'd want to make sure they could do that part...

and would Stiller really have been so pissed at Joaquim about one meeting that he lampooned him in public weeks later, if it wasn't knowingly for footage for a movie? i'm skeptical.
