I saw your article about mortgage rates on the last board....I got a 5 year variable at Prime last week and I know it was hard to get that then....

The broker said that she saw it going to Prime plus 1 late last week (which it did) and there was a push to lock in people at fixed (at the time that was 5.45). I dont think I want to know what it would have been if I had to do it this week.
