pillage the company he left behind. They asserted ownership and partnership rights where my wife and her sisters asserted they didn't exist. The whole thing went to court.

The court consistently was finding in favor of the two men he worked with.

The sisters appealed. Today the appeals court returned its findings. In its opinion, the lower court ERRED ON EVERY SINGLE POINT.

The basis for the case the two men have has essentially been gutted. They could appeal to the State Supreme Court, but neither man can afford any more legal fees and the court is unlikely to accept the case for review.
