"This contract from X is different from the contract two years ago with Y."
Me "well, they have different management companies."
Her, "Shouldn't we ask X to revise their contract to look more like Y?"
Me, "Umm, that's not important as long as the contract is acceptable to us, and our legal dept said it was fine. Please just sign it so you don't blame me for it not getting signed before Christmas."
