If it's anything like my past experience with Verizon wireless, my guess is: never.

One of my "friends" somehow managed to put me on his Verizon wireless account as a co-owner, and then skipped town. I didn't find out about it for 18 months until I was denied a Best Buy card because of a $600 bad debt write-off on my credit report.
I went round-and-round with Verizon for two months about it, with weekly phone calls and emails, and got no resolution with them. At all. So I just appealed it to the credit reporting agencies and got it removed.
