i think ownership is forcing his hand by making Smith the starter this year. iirc, Singletary benched him last season and they won quite a few games with a journeyman under center.
i also don't believe that you can put Crabtree on him. hopefully he can work the same magic with him that he did with Davis.
i think he's the only one who can turn them around this year
