The problem with these roles is that you're handing the person a time bomb.

Alicia Silverstone was on top of the world after Clueless. She's a punchline now. Dunst got wiped out by Spider-Man 3 as much as anyone. The Spider-Man reboot needs Emma Stone more than she needs it right now. I would imagine she has tons of people telling her she has to take this but if I'm in her ear, I'm saying "Fools rush in."
