So my asshole downstairs neighbor whose been blasting music every morning before six am....

has left this pair of snow boots outside his front door for the last 8 months at least... just sitting there... I have to look at them every time I walk up to my apartment and actually, they're sort of comforting because it means I only have one more flight of stairs... but these boots have been just sitting there... and he's kind of being an asshole by not turning his music down or not playing it before 6AM even though I've asked nicely... as has my landlord.... so I can take those boots and throw them off the roof and I'll be perfectly in my rights, correct?

(This is rhetorical and there's only one correct answer cause I'm doing it anyway)
