Ok..so in that general area

If you were to head out of the Hilton and go right on Bristol, you'll end up driving over the 405 and South Coast Plaza will be on the left hand side. One of larger shopping centers in the world and considered destination shopping and eating. Would not surprise me if the Hilton offered a shuttle there.

However if you were to head left on Bristol, you'll come to some more truly local stuff. About a half mile on the left will be a Wahoo's Fish Taco which is local chain. Just past there you will find the Camp on the right hand side of Bristol and The Lab on the left. These places tout themselves as Anti-Malls. The Camp contains some newer, well written about places. One being Mesa and the other Ecco.

If you were to go about another block, you would find Memphsis on the left hand side which I was just at this past weekend and can vouch that they serve fantastic Southern inspired comfort food.
