Especially since a majority of it's features are available on the $60 Roku?

It hurs that piece of hardware but I think Google TV as overall product / service has a chance to be judged separately

Built in DVR functionality is what is necessary. Add that to the Roku, and it will FTW. That's why I'm optimistic about the MCE settop boxes.

The Tivo can record from over-the-air (OTA) too. That's the single highest quality picture you can get outside of Blu-ray. -- nm
