It hurs that piece of hardware but I think Google TV as overall product / service has a chance to be judged separately

In a perfect world for Google, a possible failure of the Logitech box would be similar to how the low sales of the G1 Android Phone were not at all a hinderance to the uptake of Android across different phones.
Google TV as the base software is being offered on Sony TV and could well be adopted by other manufacturers and hardware
