many of you guys are my friends. and for some reason i am compelled to tell.

earlier this week, i was 11 weeks pregnant. on monday, we went in for our first ultrasound and we found out there was no heartbeat. the baby didn't make it past 7 weeks, but my body just went about its stupid merry way and thought i was still pregnant.

so i have to have surgery yesterday morning to remove everything.

and i'm shocked and sad. :(

i had been looking forward to announcing happier news to you guys sometime soon.
