This is crap.
While ObamaCare was being passed, the administration kept saying nobody will pay higher permiums and promised to go after insurers if they jacked up rates and used the bill as an excuse.
6 months later, we start granting exemptions to companies in order to maintain the initial promise of "no higher premiums"
