Premiums already go up by outrageous amounts. I typically see 20%-30% increases *each year* for my business

Whether the Healthcare law can curtail this is yet to be seen and probably won't be until 2014. Unfortunately the Insurance companies more often than not care only about their bottom line. I expect to continue to see increases each year - my hope is they are reduced to a more manageable level with this new law.
