A lot of it has to do with money - Boise wants to be paid like a top-25 team if they visit, and no one really wants to play them in Boise
|
the pay isn't that good, the weather might not be what some non-Pac 10 teams are used to, and yeah - nobody wants to risk a non-conference loss
