TWuG - it's because people are seeing their own choices becoming less influential

In Quebec, the cabane au sucre, or sugar shack is a big thing to do in winter. You go to a log cabin in the woods are are served "traditional" hearty one-menu-for-everyone Quebec winter foods - which involve a lot of pig.
