My God, Air Canada CSRs are universally douchey. Had to speak to two different people, and they both exhibited the same behavior.

They were short, blunt, and utterly unhelpful. They answered the phone "Air Canada, this is [name]." No "How can I help you?" I think this last one event asked me "What do you want?" at one point.
