Absinthe is not "poisonous". Originally in the 17-1800s it could possibly kill you because of the high wormwood content. There's like one drop in an

entire bottle of Absinthe legal to be sold in the US, now. You can buy it in Europe, expecially Prague for some odd reason, and it has twice the amount (or 2 drops) per bottle as the American version. It's illegal to import, though.
