When we were in Fenway in August, I got to watch him throw in warmups out in CF.

it was painful. Like he wasn't using his fingers to throw the ball.

Arm moving at x speed and the ball comes out at x-10. If he ever stops hitting, he should be able to throw one helluva great changeup.

It was awful to see and that's not my Sox disdain.
