just admit that you did NOT do this all by your little old self, and that you had someone help you.

It is OK, just don't claim to do something that we know you did not. You do not go from I CAN'T DO THIS, to I AM A GOLDEN EXCEL GOD in a day.

I am sure whatever zorks level of assistance was, you piggybacked on someone elses hard work and took credit for it.
