For a guy with lots of municipal employee experience, he does not seem to understand politics and being taken seriously....

$680 for his campaign budget? Really? I know its Cochrane but I think I would feel insulted for anyone that puts that little effort into being Mayor of a town of 15,000 people.
And the line about the "men and women in the town cars" running the town made me roll my eyes. It was so corny.
