Thanks to Andie, amoxy, and the b!, I now like cauliflower.


I tried the roasted cauliflower recipe that Andie posted (and b! and amoxy supported) the other day (toss in olive oil and a little salt, then roast at 425 deg. F. for an hour) and I actually like it.

This is the first time I've tried cauliflower in over 10 years. And it's really damn good!
