at some point, I don't care if the Governor is in his corner, this guy would end up put in Gitmo for the shit he pulls.

Kim's character is written so poorly, exactly how corrupt is he, if so, why should we even remotely like him...

It's like if they wrote this guy to be Sipowicz-like but forgot that Sipowicz did his job 98% of the time.
