Of course, I'm not sure I know all the fees yet, but:

Bag fee - the next cheapest airline charges the same bag fees, so that's a wash (I need to check if the other airlines are all doing the same)

"Administrative fee" 5 pounds / 5 Euros one-way
"On-line Check-in fee" 5 pounds / 5 Euros one-way

Not sure if there are seat fees.
