I signed up for Gogo in-air wifi before my last trip - and then they switched aircraft on me and the new one wasn't equipped for it.

I'd verified which aircraft Alaska Air had scheduled for the flight and that all of those were equipped. Then they switched it for a plane that's about to be taken out of service so wasn't equipped.

Wasn't happy.
