I think what separates the Winklevi's from Zuckerberg is just "drive". They were priviliged achievers with ideas but without the chip on their shoulder pushing them to get it done. That chip on the shoulder (along with his undeniable skill and brilliance) is what separated Zuckerberg from the Winklevi's. As for the money, it was $19,000. Not a huge amount of money. Not more than he could have gotten running up credit card bills. He didn't have money management skills and that was what Eduardo was supposed to provide, but they really never needed those skills. Once they got going there was more money than they knew what to do with. Again, he probably wins the "but for" test, but he really didn't do anything that got it to what it became.
